Mainestream Restaurants is growing our kitchen team at The Central Restaurant & Bar and The Bar Next Door in York, Maine.

We're currently hiring at several experience levels:

|SOUS CHEF
For an experienced cook ready to lead, create and take ownership of a kitchen. Previous management experience isn't required - we're looking for someone with strong kitchen experience who's excited to take the next step.

|LINE COOK
For an experienced line cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and is looking for a year-round home with room to grow.

|PANTRY COOK
A great entry point for someone who loves food and wants to learn. Some kitchen experience is helpful, but we're willing to train the right person.
